The Royal Alexandra Hospital Foundation was seeking an energy packed rebrand to it's Amazing at the Alex program - a program that encourages patients and staff to recognize exceptional work and service by employees of the Royal Alex Hospital.

How to revive a stagnant program and do it in a way that reflects a diverse workforce that often feels overlooked and overworked..
The Solutions
Represent the staff at the Royal Alex as the superheroes that they are. Show their hard work and dedication to their calling as physicians, nurses, porters, cleaners, and engineers in a way that represents the importance of their work. The project included video and motion graphics elements for social and digital, posters, elevator wraps, trading cards, and lapel pins.
